Viridian South Africa is the South African Distributor of Viridian Nutrition. Their packaging and visual style have recently been updated and this determines the look and feel of all local marketing and communication.

Objectives

Brandgurus has managed all aspects of Viridian South Africa’s online and offline marketing. Since being involved in Viridian’s marketing efforts, the client has experienced a steady growth, year-on-year, in brand awareness and sales turnover, across multiple sales channels, being: Viridian’s owned online store, their online resellers’ stores and through independent stockists’ offline sales.

Approach

Working with conservative marketing budgets has meant that we often have to have a phased approach to marketing, waiting for an activity to show the required results, before embarking on the next. This phased approach, while often slower, has allowed us to display hyper focus on each area, and to fine tune and tweak our approach in order to yield the desired result, before moving onto the next activity that we bring online. Over time, we have created robust marketing activity that is very channel focused, that has yielded handsome results.
